Payments and Conditions of Sale
Once a price has been agreed payment of the full amount is required prior to work being undertaken
on your behalf.
Payment may be made by cheque, direct credit transfer or online through PayPal using your credit card or your own PayPal account if you have one.
In certain circumstances, where an initial working layout is required, payment need not be made until a layout has been approved and costed.
Pre-
Changes or alterations to text already written which are at variance with the text originally submitted by the customer will usually require a rewrite which will be charged for in the normal manner.
However, in the unlikely event that we should provide a customer with artwork that contains textual errors these will be rectified and treated as a matter of urgency. Naturally no charge will be made.

Once the price for your commission has been agreed
a deposit of 50% is required prior to work being undertaken on your behalf.
Payment may be made by cheque, direct credit transfer or online through PayPal using your credit card or your own PayPal account if you have one.
In certain special circumstances,
where an initial working layout is required,
payment need not be made until the layout
has been approved and costed.
Once the commission has been completed
the remaining 50% of the fee becomes due
prior to the release of the artwork and can be paid
by the methods already outlined above.
However,if the customer intends to
collect their completed commission from
Calligraphy Inc’s. Hampshire Studio
payment may be made in cash
at the time of collection.
