Once a price has been agreed, payment of the
full amount of the commission is required
prior to work being undertaken on your behalf.
Payment may be made online with your credit card
using PayPal. Alternatively you may pay by cheque,
or by direct credit transfer.
In certain circumstances,
where an initial working layout is required,
a £30 payment will suffice until a layout
has been approved and costed.
At which time the residue of the fee becomes due.
If you require changes or alterations to text
which has already been completed in calligraphy
and which is at variance with the text originally submitted.
This will constitute a rewrite and will be charged for
as a new commission.
However, in the unlikely event that we should provide
a customer with artwork that contains textual errors,
of our making, these will be rectified as a matter of urgency.
Naturally, in such a circumstance,
no further charge will be made.
Once the price for your commission has been agreed
a non-
prior to work being undertaken on your behalf.

the first payment need not be made until
the layout has been approved and costed.
Once the commission has been completed
the remaining 50% of the fee becomes due,
prior to the release of your artwork, and can be paid
by the methods already outlined above.
However, if the customer intends to
collect their completed commission from

The final payment may be made in cash
at the time of collection.
